Why I like it! So many reasons! Sotta has a contemporary, clean aesthetic with enough subtle quirk to keep you noting some small detail long after your first visit. You have the option of indoor/outdoor seating, and on a pleasant day its wonderful to soak up wonderful Burbank al fresco. This place gets busy for lunch as its a studio fav; so be ready to sit amongst locals. Not to worry, though as you might catch an excited writer pitching the next Disney mega-hit at the table next to you. Luckily, you probably won’t have to sign an NDA. Ordering is done at the front counter and the food is brought to you wherever you choose to sit. The staff is always courteous, accommodating, and friendly. This is some of the freshest Mediterranean food around! There are tons of savory options at Sotta, as well as a constantly updated selection of libations. From exotic teas and waters to wine and craft beer! What to eat! Some of my favorite dishes include the kabob plates with choice of sides (if ordering chicken for the protein, you are given the option of white or dark meat). A tasty side dish is the lentil soup, Mediterranean comfort food with a zing of jalapeno to give it a kick! The Mediterranean and BBQ salads are also outstanding, and large enough to share. Along with numerous other options on the menu, you can’t go wrong ordering one of their many pita wraps. They also now offer family meals and dinners for groups of people.
Sotta is one of my Go-To restaurants for a pleasant and fresh meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for scrumptious Mediterranean food!

I really like the food at this place! I enjoy Mediterranean food, but someplace can be a little bland for my taste. Sotta seems to do it better! It’s great quality, fresh, always feels like a healthier option (although sometimes I do get the fries). It’s perfect for my husband and I to each get something we like. The prices are reasonable too. Haven’t enjoyed their coffee and bakery yet. We mostly get it to go (especially now) because it does get a little noisy when it’s crowded. It’s been in Burbank for a couple of years. They’ve got parking in the back, although stay away from the doctor’s office next door (who seems very very unfriendly since he won’t share his parking lot on the weekend). It’s worth it to me to drive to that part of Burbank, park on a side street, and take out great food. We’ll be back for sure!”
