Like all of our small companies in Burbank, Burbank bites was inspired from peoples love of food. Not only do they create amazing food platters, but Burbank Bites also works with local business for collaborations. Other local businesses such as the Palm Coffee Bar, and other small mom and pop shops. They are excited mostly about collaborating with local businesses, breweries, coffee shops, etc. They love doing custom orders for individuals & small events and feel like the charcuterie boxes would compliment evenings at the Starlight & Hollywood Bowl once they open up.
The owners have their own favorites included in some of their boxes. Heather’s favorite combo is prosciutto & brie topped with a slice of pear & honeycomb on a cracker. Laura’s favorite combo is manchego cheese, cappocollo salami, topped with honeycomb on a water cracker. All of their boxes are made in a shared kitchen in Canoga Park but have no storefront at the moment, and are allowing pick up and delivering.
